Who is MERPA?
Established in 1995 to provide technical service support for telephone exchanges, our company, MERPA Communication Systems Ltd., produces end-to-end data and voice solutions for its customers. Our company was created when the Sales and Technical Service staff which had been working as part of NETAŞ / NORTEL NETWORKS merged with a separate company. With our expert technical staff, we continue to provide service around the country and in Nortel Networks operations abroad (Balkans, Africa, Middle East, Central Asia) and are creating advanced value-added solutions for our customers today. Our company services every region in Turkey an experienced staff and sales & technical support offices in our Istanbul headquarters, as well as Ankara and Izmir.
MERPA provides its customers with the integrated voice-data-imaging systems of the future and has completed pioneering projects realized for the first time in Turkey, implementing solutions that provide the highest added value to the business processes of users. MERPA has extensive experience with Telephone Exchanges and applications, Unified Messaging Systems, VoIP applications, IP Telephones, Call Centers, and DECT Wireless Telephone Systems and it also provides AVAYA technical service support to numerous countries with a team that receives constant training. To date, MERPA has successfully concluded numerous projects and provides after-sales service for telephone exchanges operating from 16-16,000 ports in Turkey’s largest enterprises.
Because our company stays abreast of developments in communication technologies, we understood that the technology of the future was moving towards integrated networks so we formed a Network department that could offer integrated communication solutions on numerous projects integrating customer applications such as structured cabling, Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Transmission and Internet Security with voice applications.
